How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 30 days of full Business plan access — no credit card required. You get unlimited invoices, bank feeds, receipt scanning, payment reminders, tax estimates, cash flow forecasting, and contractor management. When your trial ends, you choose the plan that fits your needs.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't choose one, you'll be moved to the free Starter tier (2 invoices/month). All your data is kept — nothing is deleted. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock features again.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with just your email. You only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan after your trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
What currencies do you support?
AUD (default), USD, GBP, and EUR. All pricing and tax features are Australian-market focused.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and we never sell your data. Ever.
Does AdminZero provide tax advice?
No. AdminZero provides financial information and estimation tools only. Always consult a registered tax agent for specific tax advice.
Can I switch from Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks?
Yes. Export your data as CSV from your current tool, then import it into AdminZero. Most sole traders find AdminZero simpler and more affordable — no chart of accounts or double-entry bookkeeping needed.
